The Principality of St. George is a sovereign nation, but many would call it a micronation, because of its size. The Principality was founded in 2007, but formally declared independence in 2018.

The Principality has been recognized by 12 other micronation states (Read more here). Recognition is granted to serious micronation projects after inquiry or mutual establishment of diplomatic relations.

Due to the current size of the lands claimed, only electronic citizenships are awarded after inquiry.
